Subject: Proposal to Increase College-Based Fee
Dear Cal Poly Student:
This message is being sent to all registered Cal Poly students who are required to pay mandatory registration fees. Information regarding a proposal to increase the College Based Fee effective fall quarter 2009 is available by clicking on the link below. Included on this web site is an objective statement, a Pro and Con statement regarding this proposal and links to the individual colleges providing additional, college-specific information.

Based upon a recommendation by the Campus Fee Advisory Committee, the President has approved utilization of alternative consultation for obtaining input from students regarding this fee proposal. This information is provided to assist students in participating in the alternative consultation process in lieu of a referendum.
Students will have the opportunity to participate in an electronic advisory vote to be held on March 11th and 12th.
